PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Please note that we use a third-party tool for recruitment, hence submitted personal data will be saved in this third-party tool.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We recognize and acknowledge your rights under the DPA as a data subject, which includes your rights to information, object, access, correction and rectification, suspension, erasure or blocking, lodging a complaint with the National Privacy Commission, damages and data portability.
DATA RETENTION AND DISPOSAL
Your personal information shall be retained for as long as necessary: for the fulfillment of the declared, specified, and legitimate purpose, or when the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated; for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or for legitimate purposes, which shall be consistent with applicable standards, if any, adopted in the education and/or research sectors or approved by the appropriate government agency.
If your record or document containing personal information has to be disposed, we shall dispose it in a secure manner that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to any other party, or prejudice the interests of our customers.
