Your Impact: As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Your efforts will help improve organizational efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive strategic business initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Assist executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Identify and address knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
  • Enhance organizational processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, and the CEO, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Support the human resources department with onboarding and employee concerns.
  • Oversee daily operations and perform administrative tasks to support senior managers.
  • Develop relationships with employees to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Work on special projects with the CEO and executives to define new operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a business management or executive role.
  • Proven success in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or a similar field.
  • Experience in data analysis, budget management, and operations management.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • A nimble business mind focused on creative solutions and project coordination.
