You&apos;ll co-own API/backend design with engineering, build the rules engine and case-management tools fraud analysts use daily, and bring a risk-first mindset plus practical AI automation to make TrustVision the platform of choice for financial decisioning.</p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-you-will-do\">What You Will Do<a href=\"#what-you-will-do\" name=\"what-you-will-do\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-you-will-do\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Own the roadmap and execution for TrustVision Platform &amp; Decisioning Systems &#x2014; eKYC, Face Authentication, Behavioral Biometrics, and Vision Credit Scoring</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Define how modules, APIs, workflows, rules, users, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs work together as one platform</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Partner with banks, fintechs, sales, solution, implementation, engineering, and data science teams to uncover real client workflows, pain points, and opportunities</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Translate identity verification, authentication, fraud, transaction monitoring, and credit decisioning workflows into API behavior, configuration logic, rules, thresholds, reason codes, and success metrics</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Design case management capabilities: review queues, case statuses, investigation workflows, reviewer actions, escalation, notes, and audit trails</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Identify repetitive workflows across product, implementation, sales, customer success, and risk operations, then design AI-assisted automation to improve speed and scalability</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Own PRDs, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, prototypes, release and rollout plans, and post-launch analysis</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Reduce bespoke implementation and shorten time-to-launch, improving operational efficiency and adoption across TrustVision products</li>\n</ul>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\">What We&apos;re Looking For<a href=\"https://trustingsocial.com/careers/openings/account-manager-financial-services-hcm-700163#what-were-looking-for\" name=\"what-were-looking-for\"></a><a href=\"#what-were-looking-for\" name=\"what-were-looking-for\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Must Have</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">5&#x2013;8+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform-oriented or B2B software products in the fintech/banking/risk/security domain (Associate-level candidates with strong technical and AI capability also considered).</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Technical background (degree or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; strong ability to define platform behavior across APIs, workflows, rules, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Practical experience using AI tools to automate workflows and prototype AI-assisted or agentic solutions;
