Finance Business Partnering</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Budgeting and forecasting for assigned business lines, and support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for Group consolidation (rolling forecasts, re-forecasts, and variance analysis).</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Build and track financial and operational models, and scenario analysis, for key partnerships.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Build and own driver-based financial projection models &#x2014; linking commercial KPIs and operational data to revenue, cost, and cash-flow outcomes with high forecasting accuracy.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Any other tasks or responsibilities related to these roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Corporate &amp; Strategic Finance</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Build independent business cases for new product launches, partnerships, market entries, and strategic investments across all markets.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prepare management reporting materials and board-deck inputs under the direction of the Finance Director and CEO.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prepare investor reporting across financial, operational, and financial-inclusion metrics, maintain the virtual data room (VDR).</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Interact with current and potential investors to explain the business, answer diligence questions, and build relationships.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Support fundraising initiatives across the Group &#x2014; prepare materials, maintain the data room, coordinate and respond to due-diligence requests, and help drive the process through to close.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Conduct industry research, including but not limited to market share, growth projections, trends, and competitors.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Support ad-hoc strategic analysis and special projects as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2 id=\"what-were-looking-for\"><strong>What We&apos;re Looking For</strong><a href=\"#what-were-looking-for\" name=\"what-were-looking-for\" class=\"anchor\">\n  <span class=\"anchor-target\" id=\"what-were-looking-for\"></span>\n  <span class=\"glyphicon glyphicon-link\"></span>\n</a></h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Must-have</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Bachelor&#x2019;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">6+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&amp;A, finance business partnering, investment banking, private equity/VC, or Big 4 advisory.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Experience working across multiple markets/geographies &#x2014; comfortable with cross-border analysis, multi-currency planning, intercompany flows, and transfer-pricing considerations.</li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (expert-level Excel/Google Sheets);
