\nTrusting Social is looking to grow a team of zealous advocates of our cause who can identify, build and sustain commercial relationships with very prominent businesses in a fast- changing and complex landscape.
\nYou are the bridge between a client's real business problem and our AI/ML product suite. Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering, you dig into how a client actually works: their workflows, data, systems and commercial model. Then you design a workable solution that fits it today, not in two years. You own the problem-solution fit end-to-end, from the first discovery conversation to a successful Proof of Concept and a realistic scope of work. Your success shows up as POCs that convert, clients who trust our technical judgment, and deals that close on validated value.
\nYou thrive here if you would rather build a scrappy POC that works than write a polished roadmap that sits on a shelf. You listen carefully before proposing anything, you can read the room in a boardroom and an engineering stand-up equally well, and you are comfortable changing the plan when the data says so. You are not bound by how solutions have traditionally been sold. You question assumptions, try new approaches quickly, and keep raising the bar for how fast a client can see real value.
\nLead deep-dive discovery with clients to uncover their real pain points, workflows, data landscape and business model, beyond the stated request.
\nDesign grounded, agile solutions across our Big Data/Analytics, Computer Vision and Conversational AI products, covering data flows, API integration points and fit with the client's existing tech stack.
\nTurn discovery insights and data into clear solution recommendations that map directly to the client's business outcomes.
\nOwn each POC end-to-end: define success criteria, build the plan, coordinate with the client's technical team, and direct internal engineering resources to deliver.
\nTrack POC metrics closely, flag risks early, and make in-flight calls to keep delivery on track without waiting for escalation.
\nTurn POC results into evidence-based business cases that win both technical and business validation.
\nPresent solution architecture with equal clarity to client executives and engineering teams.
\nAct as the technical authority in Sales and Product meetings: answer deep technical questions, handle objections, and build client confidence.
\nScope SOWs and contracts (PKS) with realistic technical milestones, deliverables and acceptance criteria that protect both sides.
\nSynthesize patterns from client conversations and POCs into actionable input for the Product team on gaps, priorities and product-market fit.
\nDocument reusable solution patterns, integration playbooks and edge cases so each new engagement starts faster than the last.
\nUse AI tools daily to speed up discovery research, solution documentation, proposal drafting and POC analysis.
\nPrototype and test AI-assisted workflows that cut the time from first meeting to validated POC.
\n3 to 8 years of experience in technology or financial institutions, ideally as a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer, Technical or Implementation Manager, or Technical Business Analyst in AI, SaaS, Cloud, Big Data, Fintech, Banking or Telco.
\nExposure to product work, such as contributing to product design, discovery or product-market fit exercises. A background spanning Product, Growth or Project Management is strongly preferred over a pure sales profile.
\nProven experience in fast-paced environments. A startup or tech background is a strong plus.
\nExperience in the lending industry is a plus.
\nExtensive cross-team collaboration experience. Exposure to regional or global counterparts is a plus.
\nYou use AI actively in your daily work and have at least one year of hands-on experience. You write clear prompts, critically evaluate outputs before they reach a client, and use AI to widen the scope of what you can deliver.
\nYou take initiative and move without waiting to be told. When a POC stalls, you are already testing the next approach and getting your hands dirty to produce real results.
\nYou connect business, data, engineering and commercial perspectives, and coordinate smoothly across Sales, Product, Engineering and client teams.
\nYou learn continuously and on your own, picking up new AI capabilities, client domains and technical patterns, and you treat every lost deal or failed POC as input to get better.
\nYou are comfortable working as a hands-on individual contributor in a lean, small-team setup.
\nBusiness Owner: You own POC outcomes and deal validation end-to-end, and make the calls needed to get there without waiting for central approval.
\nDomain Expert: You know our AI products and client integration patterns well enough to teach them, with edge cases covered and documented for the next engagement.
\nProduct Architect: You prototype working solutions quickly, read the metrics, and act on what the data shows rather than on what was originally planned.
\nConsultative problem solving: you identify what a client needs, not only what they ask for.
\nGrounded solution design and architecture, including data flows, API integrations and working within existing client stacks.
\nStrong executive presentation skills, with a commercial polish that holds up in front of both C-level stakeholders and engineering teams.
\nAbility to scope SOWs and contracts with realistic technical milestones.
